Q: Are there any country or state related shipping restrictions specific to products that are being sold on your website?

 

A: Yes there are restrictions on where we ship products, however due to a language barrier we STRONGLY advise our customers to check with there own local resources in regards to there respective laws in there country, with regards to the legal status of both UR-144 (Afghan Hash) and JWH-210 (Herbal Blends) prior to ordering. Please note that Afghan Hash may contain 0.002 ML of Essential Hemp Oil. Currently in the United States many states have banned JWH-210 and we therefore strongly advise cautions when ordering. Currently the list we have compiled with laws specific to the banning of JWH-210: Kansas, North Carolina, New York, Idaho, Florida, Missouri. In regards to UR-144 there are no current laws regulating it directly, however, New York and North Carolina have imposed blanket laws.  Note that future federal laws do not govern and control UR-144, but include JWH-210. The Law is currently pending the signature of the President, approx. signing date: July 4th, 2012.  This section will be updated accordingly when laws change.

Special Note to Feds: Due to the nature of the changing legislation against JWH-210, JWH-series, AM series and many other similar compounds will be discontinuing and replacing JWH-210 with a legal compound that adheres to the changing legislation. We will not accept any legal costs liabilities in regards to customers who willfully break state or country laws order at your own risk.

 

Q: When will you be shipping out my order?

 

A: After your order has been processed and charged, your order will ship out the same day granted your order was processed before 12 PM EST. If your order is processed after 12 PM EST your order will be shipped the next business day.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

 

A: If you live within the United States your order will arrive once it has been shipped within 2-3 BUSINESS days (Monday through Friday), USPS delivery confirmation number will be provided for your convenience. If you live anywhere else your package will take between 10-15 Business days to arrive and you will be provided with a tracking number.

 

Q: It has been more then 2-business day why is my order still marked as being processed?

 

A: Most likely it means we are out of stock of that particular product. We are at present unable to notify you automatically of the out of stock product, we are working on this issue. We will do our best to contact you either by e-mail or by phone to advise you of the shortage. Your order will not be charged until it is shipped. Feel free to contact our customer service line at 1-888-830-7862 to make any cancelations or changes to your order.

 

Q: Does it cost anything to ship my order?

 

A: All our orders are shipped via USPS and no additional costs are charged to the customer and it is already included within our cost structure.
